Return & Refund Policy

Blooming Flowers & Gifts

At Blooming Flowers & Gifts, we specialize in delivering fresh flowers and carefully curated gift items. We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. Because many of our products are perishable or personalized, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

1. Fresh Flowers (Perishable Items)

Flowers are delicate and time-sensitive. If your floral arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement bouquet, or
  • A partial/full refund depending on the situation

2. Gift Items (Non-Perishable)

For non-perishable gifts (such as hampers, accessories, or packaged items):

  • Returns may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Personalized & Custom Orders

Customized items (e.g., branded gifts, custom messages, special packaging) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Same-day or last-minute orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once processing has begun.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Blooming Flowers & Gifts is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact information
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Restricted or inaccessible locations

In such cases, re-delivery may attract an additional fee.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us promptly and we will work to resolve the issue.
